WIL Forum


Our vision is to promote Islamic Ideology amongst Lawyers, introduce Qur’an and Sunnah as basic sovereign source of Law and improve the vision of Lawyers regarding national and Political issues. To create awareness about the Fundamental Rights as enshrined in the Constitution of Pakistan guaranteed for every citizen and ensure their implementation.


WIL Forum is stnving to persuade Legislature, Judiciary and Executives to position Quran and Sunnah as the basic source of law as explained in Constitution of Pakistan 1973 in article 2(a) and 227. WIL Forum wants to produce a class of Lawyers working for such cause and who shall serve accordingiy in every aspect of the system.

Dimensions of work

Awareness Programs for Lawyers

  • To promote Islamic ideology among Lawyers.
  • To introduce Quran and Sunnah as basic and sovereign source of law.
  • To improve the vision of lawyers regarding National and Political issues and guide them towards the strategy in the best interest of Muslim Ummah.
  • To create awareness about the fundamental rights as enshrined in the Constitution of Pakistan guaranteed for every citizen and ensure their implementation.

WIL Forum conducts weekly classes for lady lawyers in Karachi Ladies Bar Room and Malir Ladies Bar Room, Discussion Forums •Seminars and Annual Convention also held in order to provide awareness of Land laws and Islamic laws and to foster Islamic ideology in lawyers’ daily lives as well as in their professional lives, which helps them to practically implement the standard of Quran and Sunnah not only in their own lives, but in their professional lives as well. The forum provides professional guidance to Lawyers regarding
issues concerned with political, social or any other issues of national level.

Legal Aid

  • To provide effective judicial protection to the weaker section of society.
  • Persuade the government to ensure inexpensive and expeditious justice to the masses as required under Article 37(d) of the Pakistan Constitution.

Women Islamic Lawyers’ Forum believes in striving for the


  • To collect reliable data and conduct solid research, identifying relevant local laws, and researching international precedents to check the compatibility of prevailing laws.
  • To work towards speeding up the space of legislative reforms. Women Islamic Lawyers’ Forum by researching all proposed laws that are put forth in the shape of bills or ordinances, not only points out the clauses that are non-Islamic and contradicting to social values, but, also puts forward their concerns and recommendations to the relevant institutions.
  • To promote, support, undertake, and pursue public interest litigation in Pakistan.

Bar Representation

  • To ensure the freedom of justice according to the rules provided in the Constitution of Pakistan.
  • To make sure that the safeguards given to Lawyers In “Legal Practitioners and Bar Council Rules” are implemented.
  • Work towards protection and sustenance of democratic governance and role of Law.


WIL Forum has a very unique department which is newly established where a certified mediator executive member of the WIL forum provides her services at the office of WIL forum and trying to resolve the family & civil disputes among the litigants.
